Cancellation by Host

I accidentally had overbooking in my property for May's so I need to cancel some reservations without paying any fees either by me or by the guests.

What's the best way to do so knowing that my cancellation policy is Moderate ?

I am not sure how to do this. 

But you can try to contact someone via the extranet and look for contact. 


They should be able to tell you what to do.

The only option is to contact guest and ask them if they can accept your request for a free cancelation. If they are not willing to do that or are not responding to your messages, then you will have to contact Booking.com and let them know that you will not be able to accommodate these guests. Penalty fees may apply (commission amount and possible some relocation costs)
