Sorry to hear about your double bookings....

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to contact directly with BDC through your Extranet inbox...or call your BDC LOCAL OFFICE.

 

Please have in mind that sync is not in real time and double bookings can occur...

  1. Overbooking /double booking 
    1. Only contact BdC Partner Support if you are prepared to pay a relocation invoice.
    2. Or if the guest has cancelled their trip /stay.
    3. Or guest has been notified and you initiate it from the Reservation details page - Request Cancel.  
  2. DO NOT USE Cal Sync for 2 or more OTAs.
    1. Its been said here 50+ times, just dont do it.  
    2. Working solution - engage with a 3rd party Channel Manager service
      1. e.g. syncbnb
      2. cloudbeds
      3. neds24
      4. nobeds
      5. etc

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
