Reservations and cancellations were made on December 5th.

I think it is unfair to charge a cancellation fee.

Please cancel without penalty

You should be able to do this yourself on Extranet reservation details page [right pane menu] so long as the check-in date is at least 48 hours in the future




Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
