Cancellation policy if new lockdown or travel restrictions (Scotland)

I have a future guest asking what the returns policy would be in regards to a new lockdown or travel restrictions. This is obviously after the free cancellation time has passed (I have free cancellation up until a week before arrival) but before they arrive. I’ve had a look on the site but cant find the answer.

Depends when they booked, ie. before Covid was known about or since then.  Then it is up to you with your refund policy and whether you want to be kind and give the a refund.  Search for Force Majeure in Help for all the info.
