Cancellation Refund

How can my guest gets her refund for a cancelled reservation.  Booking.com has not included the payment in the list of my payout?

Hi Lilian,

 

That is a bit ambiguous due to how you say it, but I'm guessing what you meant to say was,  

'Why was a guest refunded despite cancelling  reservation and my cancelation policy was not applied, I did not receive the cancel fee as part of my payout from BdC."

 

 

So basically if the rate had a cancel  fee policy, and the Guest never actually prepaid anyone (BdC or You), then there is no funds to cover the fee.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
