cancelled booking

Reservation Nr. *** was now show but I did not contact booking.com earlier.

Please give me an answer about now show possibility


If you a guest is a No Show then you must mark them as such, otherwise you will get an invoice for commission.  You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to resolve an issue with an invoice.  You need to email the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.
