cancelling a booking

Hi there, 

Can you please help  me cancel a booking. The people that were meant to be coming have had their event cancelled last minute so they no longer need the room. Unfortunately it wont let me cancel it on my end, I was just wondering if you could help.

Easiest is to get the guest to Cancel from their end using Reservation confirmation.  You confirm that it is free.

If not contact help desk.  This is partner forum so can't do it for you



It doesn't matter if the reservation was Non-Refundable. You can decide to give the money back to the guest. 

As Sharon commented, ask the guest for cancelling from their end and then contact Help Desk to tell them to reimburse the full amount.
