We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

Cancelling a booking due to Corona virus restrictions

Due to the proposed travel restrictions and advice to self isolate I need to cancel a guests booking. How do I do this as the only cancel option is regarding payment problems.?

That's fine do it anyway, chose 2nd option, guest will get message to accept.


So you could first preface it's by messaging them first then immediately do the cancellation
