In order of best way:

  1. Guest directed to their account on main website to submit cancellation, as you notify them to cancel and they wont change dates.etc  
  2. Message Guest you must cancel and will be followed by a system notification which they must click. Until they do anything prepaid will only then be refunded. on details page click request cancel ,choose option 2.  
  3. Guest fails to prepay deposit and/or partial/full payment in advance and within x hours (24h min.) of placing booking. In these cases its option1. Makes it alot quicker to cancel, and stops fake bookings etc..
