cancelling a guest

guests have booked a room but they live in a 3 tier county and cannot travel or stay out of that





Instead be smart about it, If they prepaid, then simply wait and if no one turns up by day after check-in date, then mark it as No Show.


If not prepaid (to BdC or you directly), then contact BdC Support now or first try to cancel yourself in the details page, message guest to say 'Sorry cancelling due to you being in or coming from a max restricted location, you will receive a confirmation to click on' click Request Cancel, then choose option 2.


wait for them to click and acknowledge, if they have not done so within x hours, or days depending on when check-in date is (which you did not even mention), then phone BdC Support straight away.
