cancelling a guest and putting them on DNR
We have a guest who stayed with us twice. Last week he booked through booking.com and yesterday he was just a walk in. Yesterday he smoked in the room which is a huge breaking of our policy. Since he stayed with us through you guys last week we have missed the oppoirtunity to DNR him through booking.com. We would like to know what penatly there is for canceling his furture booking?
