Cancelling by the host

I have received a booking for one night and my policy is a minimum three night stay. I have requested cancellation from the guest but need to be sure the stay is cancelled.

You cant cancel for that reason,  still need to honor it.


Then go fix the root cause.


Open calendar list view, bulk edit, set restriction for each rate plan for min length of stay, 

Set date range, and apply.



The main reason you cant cancel, is your calendar settings are your responsibility,  and its your own fault it is not currently correct.
