Cannot Change Listing Description

I have tried multiple times to get a mistake on the description changed but it's all in vain. The listing says that the property offers a la carte breakfast when in fact, I do not. I have checked multiple times and this is not checked in my amenities or facilities. I have also requested a changed on the description page but never got a response. The "bot" chat is also completely unhelpful. Is there any way to change this? Is there any way to chat with a human on this website and receive actual customer service?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks for your response. If you use the pulse app, there is a bot chat that really does nothing. No help at all.

I wrote a direct message to them using the method you described. Multiple messages actually and initially received generic answers that all told me the same thing, that my property description comes from the extranet form. However, that is simply not the case. We've checked and double checked. Eventually, I did get assistance but it took too long to get them to just read what I was writing.

I have decided to go ahead and remove my property from the BdC platform. Not had a great experience and I'm not really a fan of companies that make contacting humans so difficult. It's been a horrible experience from the start. And for a guest house, I think this is just not the website for us, shall stick to AirBnB.
