Can't confirm the location of my accomodation

It is supposed that we have to receive a code to confirm the location of the hostel, but at todayday we haven't received such code. What can I do in this case? I have tried to contact directly to the  booking team and couldn't be possible either. I can't receive any booking through this platform. Hope you can help me.

Unfortunately, since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com.
