Carrying over booking to new owner

Hello everyone, 

could you share your thoughts on how to proceed with bookings made to a new owner.

I somehow prefert to decide on a cut off date rather than passing on existing booking to a new owner.

All about data protection, our prices may vary from new owner. Our insurance will elapse but they will receive our booking and our guests....?!

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we can only give our own opinion.

I do see your difficulty.  It also depends on whether you are selling the property as an ongoing business and what that contract says.

If you know when the sale will be it would be useful to send a message to any guests that book after that date and let them know there will be new owners.

Would be good to check with the lawyer handling the sale.
