Chance date booking Ms ***

Dear Partner,

Kindly need your assistance to chance check out date of this booking :

Name: ***

Check in: 05 Jan 2020

Check out: 08 Jan 2020

Reservation no: ***

the guest supposed to be check out on 08 Jan since they have personal mater they need to shorthen the stay to 07 Jan 2020.

we already try to chance on extranet directly.but its not working,can you help us to modify the booking?

Hi Sella

 

Unless you are changing the price prepaid or due to be paid you do not need to do anything in my opinion other than:

 

1. Decide to refund partial fee as cash in person to the guest.[optional, depending on Rate Policy i.e. rate is final.

 

2. Update the inventory for that room for that date by 1 only for that date.

 

This way you don't have to contact BdC support.
