Change booking settings for Covid-19 restrictions

Hello Partners,


I am trying to find a way that I can turn off instant book for my property, I need to be able to screen my guests and make sure they are not from a particular hotspot for Covid-19 to avoid fines. I know other OTA's have this option which makes it easy to either accept guests or cancel them.

Any help would be much appreciated.






You cannot, you agreed to it when you signed up. Hence why its important and your responsibility to make sure the availability calendar (rate plans, roomtypes linked etc) are all upto date and correctly set. best thing to do is phone partner support and review setup.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
