change the cancellation policy on a booking already made

I have a guest booked for July who is concerned about our cancellation policy that was non refundable 60 days before arrival. I have now changed this so they can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund, but I need to retrospectively make sure their booking now has these new terms?

The simple answer is you cannot.

 

But if its in the guests best interests , just message them the details, and if they then want to avail of the change they need to either message you to get BdC Partner support to do it or they contact BdC CS for Guests and quote the message you sent to apply it.

 

 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
