We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Change default setting?


I would like to ask a question regarding the default setting at the main page of my accommodation.

To clarify my accommodation offers 2 rooms. The first big room is a three-bedroom and the smaller second one a two-bedroom. However, recently a client noticed that the main page only says 'room' instead of a bed. He understood when booking for one person he would automatically book the whole room. For instance, booking for 1 person the three-bedroom and assuming that it is private.

We offer fitter accommodation for construction workers hence people sleep in a shared room. 

How can we change the default which only says room to booking per *night/bed*?
