Under my ID it is NOT possible to change the costs for final cleaning per person from EUR 10,-- to EUR 15,--.

A couple of times I tried to get in contact by phone to booking.com in Vienna and Innsbruck, Austria, but there was only the automatical phone-answer!

Extranet > Property : policies :additonal fees.
