We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Reminder this is a partners supporting partners forum and not a direct line to BdC support team.  Bottom of every page has a Contact Us link to them.

 

Please also take the time to place the URL to your property listing into your partner profile.

 

For How To, click on my name and look at the articles list I have created for the Guide.

 

Solution: send that URL for the GPS location to BdC support via message,

on Extranet > inbox > booking.com messages;

then on right pane click on the button to reveal the message button and their phone number for your area.

You can update the location of your property on the map right in your Extranet:

- open Inbox and select "Booking.com messages"

- click "Compose a new message"

- select topic "property details" and subtopic "Adjust your location on the map"

- update location and save changes.
