Change of ownership

it has been 8 weeks snice we brought the hotel no one from booking .com have had the decency to try and contact us.

really piss off if i don't get phone call by tomorrow i will cancale the the booking.

Why do you think BdC is meant to or going to ring you?

 

That's not how it works at all.

No action will be taken, contact Partner Support directly.

 

If invoice related use the dispute feature on reservation statements page or message Partner support 


 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
