change of property owner
I have two properties listed and I am going to sell one of them.
The new owner would like to take over my contract and continue to rent out the property.
What is the best way for me to do this?

Step 1 (if you are the existing owner):

The information we’ve highlighted above is essential for our Credit Control Team to be able to set up the new contract. Without this information, we won’t be able to create the new agreement.
For non-SEPA countries, we’ll request a direct debit agreement to be set up.

Hello Chez,
Just a tip, you might want to inform the New Owner that there could be possibly a "down time" after change over date. This means that the property will not be live on Booking.com temporarily. The New Owner will need to get connected to the Channel Manager before going live, to prevent issues going forward (unless a Channel Manager is not being used).
