We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Change Property Status to CLOSED/NOT BOOKABLE

Can you assist me in changing the Status for our Capital Hall ***– this hall should NOT be open / bookable. This hall is CLOSED/NOT BOOKABLE.

I see too that the Property also says it is available for 3 more days, however I have CLOSED this in Booking.com yet we have still received bookings.

Can you urgently have this corrected or advise how I can do this myself directly on your Intranet site. I have used the HELP function and it does not take me to any instructions on how this can be changed through my admin log-in.

Hello, since this is only a Partner Community...you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

Meanwhile you can close all your rooms so that guests can not make reservations.

Pickup the phone and ring support team, do not message unless to want to wait days for a response.

And just before you do set all rooms to closed and or set inventory per room type to zero.

FYI: Depending on how old the reservations are BdC will likely expect you to pay for the relocations.

 

If you cant get the booking guests to accept your cancel request.
