Change reservation dates

I have a guest that booked from 29-Oct to 4-Nov. then the guest requested to change the reservation to 27-oct to 4-nov, I accepted but nothing change, the dates remains the same and also the dates, then I tried to change the reservations dates in the reservation details, but I got the message "Oops, it's not possible to apply this change. Make sure the length of stay remains unchanged."

 

What can I do to change the dates?

Did the request to change dates appear to you as  "Decline / Accept for free" buttons in a box?

If yes the dates should change, give it a little time. If still no change see below....

If no, i.e. it was a simple message request from the guest, then you can change the dates yourself under the exact booking in Extranet. Just pop the the booking number in the search box at the top of Extranet, and then use the  "Request Date change" button,

Yes, in the request, i received a decline / accept for free, I clicked in the accept for free, but after 24 hours the change was not done, still from 29-oct to 4-nov, and when I try to change the dates from the reservation details, I receive the message that I cannot change the dates bc the length of stay should reamins unchange, but I need to change the length from 6 nights to 8 nights, now are 48 hours after accepted the request and still the dates of the reservations havent change

OK, I missed the part of different length of stay.

You will need to contact the support team by either phone or through the messaging system in Extranet, quoting the booking number involved.

For specific cases like this, the forum here is unable to assist as no one has access to the records. Only the support team can action the assistance you require.
