Change Room Name

Hi, I would like to change my room name, but it can't because I have upcoming booking. Is anybond have a similar problem with me? and how to solve that? Thank you!

  1. That is normal, so the work around is to define a new Room Type with a different Name.  
  2. Now block all other dates on the original Room Type so no new bookings on it.  
  3. and on the new RoomType block the dates for the future bookings on it.  
  4. Once the future bookings on the old Room Type have past, you can remove it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
