change room type for guest

how to change room type for guest so he dont need to cancle existing reservation and make new also I have small additional fee for this, yes I could do that when guest come but I feell better if everything is set properly so there is no any miunderstanding and I have everything properly because maybe he come and chnage his mind again. 

in other platfrom it was easy just same like chnage reservation dates you could chnage room but in booking is not easy. Also is it ok accept cash for this upgrade? Its not against booking.com policy?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
