Change standard occupancy rate. Help dead end.

Hi all


I'm having an issue were one of my rooms has the standard rate set to the occupancy of 1 person, while the rest of my rooms have the standard rate set set to the max occupancy (being 2 or 3 persons).

Going through the help it redirects me to the list of phone number of As I'm from Belgium and Dutch speaking I called that number, but that phone number doesn't exist!

My second try was through Facebook chat directly to, but this was a waist of time. The chat is just a mindless auto messaging bot redirecting me to the help portal.

Is there any way I can mail to make the change for me?
