Change the Traveller Review Awards png to peg or better resolution please

I got a Traveller Review Award 2021 in png and when I uploaded to my home page room it was rejected as it hasn't had the required resolution.

Hi

Sounds like you may have downloaded a preview image, but either way you can simply scale it up in a photo editor.

 

Check the place where you got it from to see if there is an option to click and download the original and not a preview

 

 

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
