Changing to a Gîte from Chambres d'Hôtes

I have been operating as a Chambres d'Hôtes with Booking.com for about 3 years. I simply want to alter things to trade as a Gîte instead as the property is self-contained.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Denis Bertram,

 

If you need to change your property type, please send a message to your local partner support via the Extranet so they can amend this for you. You can do so under the Inbox tab > Booking.com messages. You may also want to review your room setup under Property tab > Room details to ensure room types are set up correctly. If you simply want to change your property name, you can do so under the Property tab > General info.
