Greetings !

 

We have updated the MLOS but due to the below error the rates are not syncing.

 

I request you to contact Booking.com and ask them to resolve the same so as to proceed with the process.

 

Not allowed to update Single Use Rate for Room *** because Single Use Rate *** is not activated for this Room ; Not allowed to update Single Use Rate for Room *** because Single Use Rate *** is not activated for this Room ; Not allowed to update Single Use Rate for Room *** because Single Use Rate **** is not activated for this Room

Hi

 

  1. Welcome to the Partner Community for partners with partners only.  
  2. Channel manager is a 3rd party service only.  
  3. BdC will not support a 3rd party service, instead just facilitate one side of the setup, i.e. the connection.  
  4. It is up to you and the 3rd party to work together to resolve issues.  
  5. It is up to you to setup the CM correctly.

 


What Channel Manager are you using?

 

 

You can contact BdC support directly for advise on connection setup on this side but do not expect help with anything else.
