Channel Manager

Good morning, We work with RoomRaccoon (our Channel Manager). Since the beginning of April we experience that the automated documents that are set up in RoomRaccoon do not reach our guests anymore. Before April, these automatic documents were always send to our guests that booked via; then they were delivered via your chat system. We asked RoomRaccoon if they can solve this. Some employees from RoomRaccoon checked the logs from their side. For instance for reservation *** > the log for that reservation shows that RoomRaccoon sends the message successfully, and so my question to you is how this can be solved? You wont get support for the CM here, next step is to phone partner support to see if they can confim compatiblility, then go back to the CM support provider

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
