Check in time
Hi,
So I have set up the check-in times from 15.00h to 24.00h in the Intranet>Policies tab, but around 90% of guests send me a request for earlier check-in, such as 11.00 or 12.00.
Some days it's ok if I have no other guests the night before, but in summer season and especially now with all the special care and extra time we need for cleaning I cannot accept most requests for early check-in.
I want to avoid giving negative answers to these requests, instead is there a way clients don't have the option to select the early arrival time?
