Hi there,


So I am guessing you are actually referring to the Verify Property & Location Process.


Did you receive your verify code?

If yes did you finish availability, room and policy  setup and review in the Calendar List View ?


If ready to open for bookings there is a status on the Extranet home page that should be Green showing Open/Bookable.


It is best to close availability while still setting up so people cant book. Either by setting inventory to 0 or use the close room feature.
