% of clients who click on my page after a research

Hello,

I'm trying to understand why I score such poorly in this tab, 'Page views'. It seems that very few users actually click on my page after a research, and I wonder why.

I'm scoring quite well in every other aspect, so why so few clicks? Any idea? My pics are not that bad...

Thank you,

Thomas

I wouldn't get too caught up in it, best to ignore, as there is no one answer, its variable.

Hi Thomas Stouffs,

Thanks for your query.

My name is Colleen and I am an account executive here at Booking.com.

The data shown in the extranet is based on your performance in the last 30 days compared to similar properties in your area. We determine similar properties by looking at location, property type, price, review score, star rating and property facilities.

In this case, the data is showing that you are missing out on customers clicking into your property. There could be a number of reasons for this. It could be that your competitors are offering a great value promotion, have more content, offer Genius benefits etc. In the Opportunity Centre you’ll see a list of relevant options designed to improve your performance in this space.

Here is a great link with tips on how to utilize the Booking.com extranet data to help Grow Your Business

If you require any further information or guidance please do not hesitate to contact us through your Booking.com Extranet Inbox and we will be more than happy to reach out and assist.

If you need us again, we’re always here.
