Closed / Not Bookable

My property has been blocked Since 18 Feb 2020,  I am sending e-mails with no answer to Booking.com

I am a 8.3 customers feedbacks on the site, and the second property in Tripadvisor with all positive reviews.

None answer, I am asking for help as we have a terrible problem with our guest and no more reservations.
