Closed/Not bookable



I was surprised. My unit was like the above mentioned subject. Customer cant find my unit even i refer it to them to book through 


Please advise

There could be any number of reasons why:


  • Outstanding finance issue
  • misconfiguration of Calendar Availability and Restrictions  / Promotion settings.


Assuming it is not the first one, start with the - View My Listing link, in the top right , 2nd circle, grab that link ,

Now add it into your partner profile here so we too can see it.


When you then use it is there a warning banner on the listing to indicate property not available or other ?


I have complied a guide that covers all the basic info needed to manage availability,


Review it and with the points above see if any near dates that should be open are in fact not correct for status and inventory count.


In a separate tab in web browser open the listing and input the same dates to test availability, note its not instant.
