"CLOSED/NOT BOOKABLE" vs "OPEN/BOOKABLE"

Hi!

My property in the extranet is signed as "CLOSED/NOT BOOKABLE" but if I open it on booking.com it is available to book.

Two days ago a person came to my property with a reservation (check-in Dec. 18th, number ***) but I didn't recived any notification and in EXTRANET/RESERVATION there was nothing.

Than I called to your help-line +*** and the consultant told me that the reservation was ok and was already paid.
