Cloudbeds reservation without credit card details


My account synchronized with Cloudbeds platform. But the reservations coming from the platform is without the credit card details. How can i enable this function.

As you have not mentioned how you have your BdC listing setup for payments, more detail and clarification is required.

We normally could look at the listing t otry determine that but you have failed to complete your partner profile to include it.
