Co-host

Hi. How can I add someone as a co-host for my property?

So legally there is only one owner, but technically you can use the Extranet  > Account Menu > Contacts to define roles (mapped to email addresses). There is also Create and manage Users on same menu. whats the difference?

 

Simply put Create Users allows you to add individuals and set multiple roles and access  to one person.

 

Contact however is really more for a shared role with an email address, such as a Front Desk, so you would insert the email address for front desk into - Reservations or Central Reservations**.

 

** typically only used if your property reservations are managed elsewhere.

 

In my opinion for a co-host, You would use the Create & Manage user, adding their name and email address. That should give them everything similar to you.
