Complain about guests

I got yesturday a last minute booking for 5 persons for two nights. I am not happy with these people. They are smoking in the apartment and you can smell it in whole building. To much noise and other people are coming in and going out continuously. I hope they are not causing damages in my flat. I dont know what to do that this thing is not happening in the next booking.
