Complaints / invoicing

How do you contact booking.com finance team. 

 

I have a query over a payment they have made to me, which doesn't match the invoice. I have raised the query nearly three weeks ago, and cannot get a response. 

 

I need the information to finalise my accounts, which in turn are required for a house purchase. I am at risk of losing the house due to this delay. 

 

The finance telephone number on the site says they don't take calls. The customer service team say they have escalated it to be dealt with by a manager as their delay is by their own admission unacceptable, however this has still not generated a response from the finance team. 

 

I have therefore been told there is nothing more that can be done, and i simply have to wait in the hope that someone deals with it at some point. Clearly this is not acceptable.

It sounds like you have already made the contact using both options, so really nothing else to do but keep replying to the inbox message, last reply you got , weekly. asking for update

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have tried calling the partner help number. They say there is nothing they can do, as it has already been marked urgent. 

I am now three weeks on from my initial request, and a week on from it being marked urgent. 

All booking.com do is tell me i have to wait. I am at risk of losing a house, and they could not care less. 

I have never dealt with such a poorly structured and uncaring organisation in my life. 

Surely someone, somewhere is able to speak to the finance team and ask them to look at this for me. It should only be a few minutes to see what their payment was for.

I have asked to make a complaint, and they say there is no complaints process.!!!! Basically i am just getting told to go away .

They clearly could not care less about their "partners".
