How do you contact booking.com finance team.
I have a query over a payment they have made to me, which doesn't match the invoice. I have raised the query nearly three weeks ago, and cannot get a response.
I need the information to finalise my accounts, which in turn are required for a house purchase. I am at risk of losing the house due to this delay.
The finance telephone number on the site says they don't take calls. The customer service team say they have escalated it to be dealt with by a manager as their delay is by their own admission unacceptable, however this has still not generated a response from the finance team.
I have therefore been told there is nothing more that can be done, and i simply have to wait in the hope that someone deals with it at some point. Clearly this is not acceptable.
