We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Concerns re a recent booking - breach of minimum stay

Dear Sirs - with reference to a recent booking - *** - at our Villa in Spain (Property ID ***) you have allowed a guest to book the house for 2 nights which is in breach of my 7 night minimum policy. 

I have other guests who depart the day that this one arrives (3rd Aug) and another guest who is due to arrive on the day this one departs (5th Aug) 

Please cancel this booking and refund the guest immediately

Have you checked your restriction settings under Rates, Calendar - use List view and open up on left to see your Minimum stay.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with cancelling the guest.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
