Confirm property location

Dear madam, sir,

we have 2 properties on your website. 

Now we have to confirm the location via a code which is sent by letter apparently... The only thing is that the address of these properties has no physical mailbox, hence letters will never arrive.

Is there no way we can solve this online?

If not, can you please send the letters to our personal home address mentionned below? This is the case for these 2 properties: 4899887 and 7340627.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
