how the heck can you contact booking .com to manage a cancellation?

Hi Colin 

Technically you dont instead you should be :

Preferred Method 

  • Contact Guest, direct them to the booking.com website , to logon and use Manage Bookings.
  • Then they can activate Cancellation

 

Secondary Method initiated by You

  • In their details page, click Request Cancellation
  • If deposit or partial prepay or full prepay to you was not done with in the timelimit, choose Option 1.
  • Else choose Option 2, system then notifies Guest and a link to action.
  • This will make full refund if the Guest prepaid BdC on your behalf

 


If the check -in time /date is 48hours or less then or if urgent you must contact Partner Support.

 

 

 

 


Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

thank you for the update it is much appreciated

no wonder i couldn't find it ,typical online based company  ,we don't want to talk to you so we will hide it where the sun doesn't shine .

don't they realise we are customer based and real live situations happen like floods and earthquakes so we need to be able to cancel and not get charged commision .
