I have tried to call on the usual Manchester number and it isnt working.  Does anyone know of other numbers, I have tried all the uk listed ones and they too are not working.  

I have sold my property and want to hand it to the new owners?

Hi jackie,

 

To commence the change of ownership procedure, you will just need to send us a message via the Extranet > Inbox Tab > Booking.com messages advising us of the new owner's contact details (name, phone, email) and when they are taking over. Please also attach a sales/purchase agreement to confirm this change (feel free to black out any sensitive information). We will then send a contract to the new owner for them to fill in and return to us, at which point Credit Control will close the listing temporarily to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid. They will then create new logins for the new owner and set them up.

Thanks for that.  I have sent over the new owners Name, e-mail and mobile number to you.  What document do you need from me regarding the sales purchase agreement?
