Contacting customer after deleted chat.
In short. Before the Coronavirus lockdown, I had a guest who couldn't come into my apartments to celebrate her kid B-day due to the rising amount of cases in the country.
We agreed that she will have an option to come a later on, for one day for free. Now, our chat has disappeared (deleted), probably due to the amount of time since the booking time, and I'm not able to contact her.
Is there a way (beside our support) to reactivate the old chat, or to get her contact details now?
