Contesting a review.

How can we contest a review which has no explanation on why they gave us a 1 out of 10 and it's listed as Anonymous and under the field "BAD" it just say No comment.

I'm thinking that this may be from a former employee.





Firstly a review cannot be left without a valid completed booking, so that rules on employees, unless they are able to place bookings at no cost.


You can message BdC support to review it if it actually breaks their policy .
