Covid 19

I have a guest booked in April and due to Covid 19 and the current government guidance in the UK would like to cancel any future bookings until it is deemed safe as a responsible property owner.

The guest is currently saying they do not want to cancel. This is non essential travel and I am concerned that I will be charged by booking.com as an owner and penalised for cancelling. Can you please advise me

What city and country are they from?


Check the FC topic for that country to see if any travel restrictions
