  1. C19 restrictions are already in place to choose from on the  Property > View my Desc, The fine Print...
    1. from there enable it from the list provided.
  2. Check the facilities and services page to deactivate amenities if they are listed there.
    1. if not  then add a note to the new reservation template that they are closed until date etc.
    2. and or add a photo with text indicating same
  3.  Never share email or other contact info here - read the community guidelines.



Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
